Project Outline
Roofing Advisors UK Ltd were appointed by Stelman Ltd, on behalf of Dunaskin Properties Ltd, to carry out a full roofing system installation at a high-end residential development in Glasgow's city centre. Acting under the direction of contract administrators Ross Moore & Co, the project formed part of a wider refurbishment of the property’s upper levels.
The scope of works included installing an Alumasc Euroroof Torch-On High Performance Insulated Felt Roofing System across the 210m² roof area. As part of the programme, a new man-safe system was also installed to support ongoing maintenance and ensure future compliance with height safety requirements. Our team worked to strict quality standards and adhered to the manufacturer’s specifications, ensuring a high-performance finish with long-term durability.
Outcome
Completed in January 2024, the project provided the client with a robust, energy-efficient roofing system backed by the trusted performance of the Alumasc product range (SP136520).
The addition of the new mansafe system ensures the property meets current height safety standards, offering secure access for future maintenance works. Delivered on time and in line with all contract specifications, the works have contributed to the continued enhancement of this premium city centre development.
