We survey roofs and building façades by drone across Scotland.

No scaffold, no cherry picker and nobody working at height to carry out an initial inspection. You get high resolution imagery, a written report from roofers rather than pilots, and 3D models where the project needs them.

We produce 3D building models and accurate measured areas from drone imagery. That gives you reliable quantities for tender, a model you can put in front of a committee or a client, and a fixed record of the building before and after works.

CAA Regulations

Our pilots hold the General VLOS Certificate (GVC), the higher level of CAA drone pilot competency and the one required to operate in the Specific category. In practice that means we can fly closer to buildings, people and traffic than an operator holding only an A2 certificate. We are registered with the CAA as a UAS operator and fly under an Operational Authorisation. That matters on a live site, because almost all useful survey work happens within a few metres of the building.
