BRIEF:

The warehouse had been suffering from intermittent leaks to over a number of years which was affecting production. Attending maintenance contractors had failed to identify the issue. We carried out a full survey of the composite metal roofing system, fixings, rooflights and gutters.

OUTCOME:

We identified issue with the existing symphonic drainage system, rooflights and gutters. The proposal for upgrading and repairs allowed the client to make an informed decision based immediate works required together with future works which would allow budget planning for capital spend.

An overall maintenance programme was proposed together with frequency of visits.
