BRIEF:

A roof condition survey was instructed to establish the overall condition prior the client’s architects forming a bill of quantities for upgrade. Due to mixed tenure of the property, an independent survey was required with a breakdown of budget costs to allow the resulting evidence to be presented to the owners within the block.

OUTCOME:

Following the survey, the report was presented with budget costs for works for immediate actions and longer-term proposals. Following the meeting with the tenants, it was decided to proceed with the immediate works and a successful conclusion was reached to suit both the buildings fabric and the tenant’s budget.
