Roofing Advisors UK Ltd have commenced the roof replacement works to an office building in the town of Montrose, Angus.
The works will consist of the uplifting of the existing roofing system, including the removal of ACM, and installation of a new Sika Insulated SikaShield Felt membrane system.
The removal and disposal of the ACM will be undertaken by our in-house ‘Category-B’ trained operatives UK Asbestos Training Association - UKATA.
Once completed, our Height Services division will design, install, and certify a new perimeter handrail system, as well as a new compliant lightning protection system.
