Following emergency repairs completed after Storm Eowyn, our team returned to deliver the full replacement works, including:
Removal of the existing flat roof and timber deck
Installation of a new insulated Sikaplan-G membrane system
EWI render and cladding repairs
Internal decoration works to flats and common areas
All works were completed to a high standard, ensuring improved performance, insulation and long-term protection for the property.
This marks another excellent result for our team, following reactive storm damage earlier this year.
