Project Outline
Roofing Advisors UK Ltd were appointed to carry out a full roofing refurbishment at an operational commercial and industrial facility for a national telecommunications provider. The project formed part of an ongoing upgrade programme across the organisation’s estate to enhance roof performance, operational safety and long-term resilience.
The 770m² roof area received a new Alumasc Euroroof Torch-On High Performance Insulated Felt Roofing System, installed in accordance with manufacturer specification reference SP137834.
In addition, the project included the installation of new lightning protection systems, freestanding handrails and external access ladders to improve compliance and support safe future maintenance.
All works were delivered in close coordination with the client’s appointed project team to ensure continuity of operations throughout the installation period.
Project Outcome
Completed in March 2025, the project delivered a fully compliant and high-performance insulated roofing system designed to meet the operational demands of a critical commercial facility.
The combination of the Alumasc Euroroof system with newly installed safety infrastructure, including lightning protection, edge protection and safe access, provides the client with a durable, low-maintenance solution that supports both operational safety and long-term building performance.
All works were completed on time and with minimal disruption, reinforcing Roofing Advisors UK Ltd’s capability in delivering specification-led roofing upgrades across the commercial and industrial sectors.
